The Lane Assist Remember Last Setting Programmer changes the factory Lane Assist behaviour in your S650 Mustang so the vehicle remembers your last selected Lane Assist setting, rather than automatically reverting back after the vehicle is restarted.

Remembers Your Last Lane Assist Setting

Once programmed, your Mustang remembers whether you last had Lane Assist ON or OFF between ignition cycles.

If you switch Lane Assist OFF, turn the vehicle off and start it again, Lane Assist remains OFF.

If you want Lane Assist back on, simply enable it again using the vehicle's factory controls. The system remains fully functional. You're simply giving your Mustang the ability to remember your last selected setting.

Removes the "Hands on Wheel" Message

With Lane Assist switched off, this programming also prevents the repetitive "Hands on Wheel" warning message associated with the Lane Assist system.

This is particularly useful for drivers who prefer to drive without Lane Assist active and don't want to disable it again every time they start the vehicle.

No additional switches, wiring or aftermarket modules are required.

Plug & Play Programming

1. Turn the ignition ON.
2. Plug the OBD Programmer into the vehicle’s OBD-II port.
3. The programmer backs up your vehicle’s current configuration, identifies the required configuration and begins programming.
4. Wait for the LED to turn solid green.
5. Remove the programmer.

During programming, the instrument cluster and SYNC system may restart. This is completely normal. Do not unplug the OBD Programmer or switch the ignition off while programming is in progress.

Restore Back to Factory Anytime

During the first programming session, the OBD Programmer stores your vehicle's current configuration, allowing the vehicle to be restored back to its original settings at any time by plugging the programmer back into the same vehicle.
