Unlock the Factory Remote Rev Feature

Unlock one of the coolest factory features available on the S650 Mustang.

The Remote Rev Programmer enables the factory Remote Rev functionality on compatible 2024+ S650 Mustangs equipped with the 10-speed automatic transmission.

Once programmed, you can remotely start your Mustang and rev the engine using your factory key fob. 

Rev Your Mustang From the Key Fob

Remote Rev is built into the Mustang's factory systems but is not enabled on Australian-delivered vehicles.

The OBD Programmer activates this functionality, allowing the factory key fob to command the engine to rev while the vehicle is remotely started.

To use Remote Rev:

1. Remote start the Mustang using your factory key fob.

2. Once the engine is running, press Unlock, followed by Lock within approximately 3 seconds.

3. The Mustang will perform the factory Remote Rev sequence.

Automatic Transmission Only

This programmer is designed specifically for S650 Mustangs equipped with the 10-speed automatic transmission.

It is not compatible with manual transmission vehicles.

Plug & Play Programming

1. Turn the ignition ON.

2. Plug the OBD Programmer into the vehicle’s OBD-II port.

3. The programmer backs up your vehicle’s current configuration, identifies the required configuration and begins programming.

4. Wait for the LED to turn solid green.

5. Remove the programmer.

During programming, the instrument cluster and SYNC system may restart. This is completely normal. Do not unplug the OBD Programmer or switch the ignition off while programming is in progress.

Restore Back to Factory Anytime

During the first programming session, the OBD Programmer stores your vehicle's current configuration, allowing the vehicle to be restored back to its original settings at any time by plugging the programmer back into the same vehicle.
