It works great but a little slow

Works great, previously care needed to be taken to stop the tailgate from slaming down, Now a nice smooth lowering. Easy to install after I ran a tap through the upper hole to clear the paint off the thread.

Easy transaction. Great price compared to others on market. Easy install. Works well so far.

It is fairly slow to drop down. But better than standard.

HAVE YOU EVER HAD A TAILGATE FALL TOO FAST ONTO THE HEAD OF A SMALL CHILD CAUSING THEM TO CONTRACT AUTISM? Me either but this works really well for a controlled lowering of the tailgate

Fantastic!!! Does exactly what it's meant to do. Can't believe Ford don't fit these as standard on the Raptor. Easy to fit but be careful when undoing the T50 Torx bolt on the tail gate. I totally stripped the bolt with a cheap T50 wrench and had to change to the other side of the tail gate. Only use a T50 socket to remove the bolt.

Very recently installed. Good product, Easy install and works perfectly.

Not installed yet burred the bolt on the tail gate looks like ford use soft metal bolts. I have looked at at the gas strut and looks like it’s easy to install once I get the bolt out (drill and an easy out should do the trick)
